The New Taycan Online Pre-Order Platform Terms & Conditions:

You can reserve order quota of The New Taycan by registering on The New Taycan Online Pre-Order Platform provided by Jebsen Motors Limited. The order quota will be reserved for successful registration and payment of intentional deposit.
The New Taycan Online Pre-Order Platform is open for online reservation from 9am, 22nd February, 2021 to 23:59pm, 28th February, 2021.
The sequence of the order quota will be allocated according to the timing of your HKD18,000 intentional deposit paid via The New Taycan Online Pre-Order Platform. After successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
The first 50 successful registrants who settled the intentional deposit successfully will receive a complimentary Porsche Mission E PLAYMOBIL Remote Car after sign-off of official order signed and settlement of earnest money. The sequence of the quota will be allocated according to the timing of your HKD18,000 intentional deposit settlement.
Successful registrant must visit Porsche Centre Hong Kong in Wanchai, address: G/F, Capital Centre, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, to sign off the official Vehicle Purchase Order and pay the earnest money during opening hours between 9 am and 8 pm (Mon to Sat) or between 10am and 6pm (Sun) from 1st March, 2021 to 7th March, 2021 (both dates inclusive) to finalize the order quota of The New Taycan. If the registrant fails to do so, the order quota will be transferred to the next registrant in line and so forth.
Intentional Deposit can be fully refunded upon written request addressed to email address: info@porsche-hongkong.com during office hours between 9 am and 8 pm (Mon to Sat) or between 10am and 6pm (Sun) from 1st March, 2021 to 7th March, 2021 (both dates inclusive). The intentional deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks to the same credit card used for payment and the registrants will not receive the complimentary Porsche Mission E PLAYMOBIL Remote Car.
The registrant of the Online Pre-order Platform must be the vehicle registrant of The New Taycan quota or he or she must be the director of the registering company.
When make use of this online platform and engage in a pre-order transaction, you agree you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply to all terms and conditions, and acknowledge that you have read our privacy policy. No refund will be granted, and no reservation will be proceeded if the transaction is engaged in an unauthorised credit card transaction or false identity.
All personal and payment information provided must be accurate and belong to you, or that of an individual or company for which you have been authorized to use. You may be requested to provide relevant proof of such authorization.
Jebsen Motors Limited is not responsible for any incomplete pre-order due to incomplete, incorrect or unclear data provided; or website system or online transfer failure due to server or transmission issue.
The English version of The New Taycan Online Pre-Order Platform terms and conditions shall prevail. No prior notice will be given for any updates or amendments of the terms and conditions.
In case of disputes, Jebsen Motors Limited reserves the final right of decision.
